From July 26 to August 3, the city of Rio Branco (AC), Brazil, hosted one of the largest business fairs in the Northern region: ExpoAcre 2025. And we at Escape Time Brasil had the honor of creating an immersive activation inside the SEBRAE pavilion, delivering a unique and purpose-driven escape room experience. But what made this more than just another attraction at a fair? In this article, we’ll share the project’s behind-the-scenes details, the results achieved, and—most importantly—the technical and strategic concepts that can be replicated by companies, institutions, and brands looking to engage, educate, and emotionally connect with their audiences.

From July 16 to 18, Sesc Avenida Paulista was transformed into the setting of an interdimensional magical adventure. An initiative by Escape Time offered the public a free immersive escape room experience, combining a fantasy narrative, clever puzzles, and captivating scenery — all designed and assembled in just 6 hours.
