Reservations are for live, dated events. Cancellations, refunds, or

Participation of more people than indicated in the reservation is subject to
availability and additional payment on-site.

Special reservations for large groups, corporate events, or parties can be made
by phone at (11) 4325-0050 at least 24 hours in advance, subject to
availability.

In accordance with law No. 12.933 granting the benefit of half-price tickets,
we ensure 40% of the reservation being half the entry value, validated by
presenting the physical card at Escape Time's reception.
4.16.
Only individuals aged 18 or older can book and pay for an Escape Time game.
4.17.
If the customer wishes to transfer their game to another person, they must
contact Escape Time by phone, email, or in person at least 24 hours before the
start of the game session to communicate this decision. Even so, at its sole
discretion, Escape Time may accept or refuse this type of change.
4.18.
Electronic payment tools such as B-Cash and others are accepted. The payment
methods offered will be available at the time of booking and may change at any
time without notice.

The value of each Escape Time game is indicated on the website

and the number of game participants.
5.1.
Escape Time Brazil may request confirmation of the data provided in the
reservation before the game.

Participants must arrive at the venue at least 15 minutes before the scheduled
date and time.

Delays of 15 minutes or more will result in the loss of the reservation and the
paid amount, with no right to a refund.
5.4.
Respect the minimum and maximum number of participants indicated on the

5.5.
Participants wishing to leave during the game must wait in the reception area
and cannot return. Minors will be accompanied by the responsible adult.
5.6.
Participants under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to
play, and the reservation will be canceled without a refund.
5.7.
It is recommended to wear comfortable clothing during the games.
5.8.
The use of recording devices for sound or images in the game rooms is not
permitted. Participants cannot bring these devices into the rooms.
5.9.
Entering the rooms with drinks or food is not allowed.

Participants are encouraged not to reveal game details to the general public.
5.11.
If the schedule allows, players will be offered extra time, which can vary from
5 to 15 minutes, depending on the case. This offer is subject to availability
at the time of the game and will have a specific charge, also to be informed at
the time of the game, at the discretion of Escape Time.
5.12.
To enter the ranking, the group must ask for up to 3 hints and finish in record
time. Groups qualify for the ranking on their first game attempt; unfinished
games and players returning to the room will not automatically enter
placements.
6.1.
Safety and fun are our priorities. Follow the instructions provided before the
start of the game. Escape Time Brazil is not responsible for damages caused by
improper use of the rooms or non-compliance with the rules.
6.2.
Any participant can leave the rooms at any time by pressing the emergency
button. Ensure you can participate in the games if you have any health
restrictions.
6.3.
Escape games are not recommended for people with pacemakers, claustrophobia,
heart problems, or pregnant women.
6.4.
Escape Time Brazil is not responsible for accidents that may occur during the
games.
7.1.
Escape Time Brazil reserves the right to unilaterally modify, correct,
supplement, or update these terms and conditions. The updated version will be
