Escape Time Brasil is here to offer fun and entertainment with complete safety and strict sanitation protocols, following the recommendations of health authorities.
Learn about the main measures adopted in our units:
Reception and Service:
Sanitizing Carpet: Right at the entrance of our units, we provide a sanitizing carpet for cleaning shoes using a solution that eliminates 99.9% of the viruses and bacteria present;
To enter the unit, the use of protective masks is mandatory, right at the entrance, there is a notice about the requirement, if the customer does not have the protective equipment, our team will provide a disposable mask unit for use during the stay the unit;
Reception and Registration: We at Escape Time, value humanized service to our customers, but we adapt to these new times, during the first service, we provide some Qr's Codes, so that our customers can perform their own registration, without the need for contact next with our front team. In addition, we advise our customers to pay for the reservation on the website, if it is not possible, the payment in the unit can be made using Q'r Code technologies by Mercado Pago, using the Contactless function or physical card with the sanitized machine .
Even during the first service, if there are more than 1 group in the unit, they will not be in the same environment;
Reservation times: Our schedules are staggered, to avoid crowding or the presence of several groups at the same time in the unit.
Monitoring and Game Support:
Monitoring: During the briefing, when the players receive the instructions for the game, the monitor makes the first call, but all instructions are transmitted through a video, so we avoid prolonged contact with our monitors;
Communication Radio: To talk to our monitors and ask for help during the game, our walkie talkie's are cleaned with a sanitizing solution and sealed in an envelope, being delivered to the sealed customer;
Cleaning the rooms: All rooms are cleaned before and after each game, with sanitizing solution on all surfaces, padlocks ... including air conditioning filters;
Use of Epi's: During the execution of the game, it is recommended to use masks, even inside the rooms, in addition, we provide disposable gloves, ensuring maximum safety.
Common Environments:
All common circulation environments are sanitized every 1 hour with sanitizing solutions;
All bathrooms are cleaned every 30 minutes or for each use of a different group;
In all environments, we have visual instructions for the protocols, such as mandatory mask plates, the correct way to wash your hands ...;
In all environments, we provide bottles of alcohol gel, available to customers.
Team and collaborators:
Staff reduced by 40% during working hours;
