The goal was clear: teach and reinforce concepts of industrial maintenance through collaborative and playful challenges — a powerful example of corporate gamification.
Our experience was designed for full immersion. Participants had to solve puzzles based on logic, quick thinking, and teamwork, simulating real-life field scenarios within a controlled and engaging environment.
Each puzzle was crafted to reinforce key concepts such as:
