Bet on escape rooms for the end of the year reunion

End-of-year celebrations are always welcome after months spent working and growing a business. But it would be even better if we could unite the skills we need in everyday life for a higher fun than the traditional. How about involving the whole team in a "real" game, which allows everyone to communicate and have a lot of fun with each other? Escape room houses, known as escape games, are not just a mere game for friends.

"Escape is a playful activity that has the power to improve - and a lot - the team's commitment to its causes. This can easily be transferred to the challenges of next year, "says Cláudio Santiago, director of Escape Time Brazil. He also says that this "model" of fraternization is still little used in Brazil, but that 80% of companies that go to the place and know the space end up closing a deal. According to the director, it is a cheap, fun and unusual option that only tends to grow. In addition, there is a choice between several packages, especially thought with menu and decoration included or not, the space can also be used for birthday parties and other celebrations.
In Escape Time there are already some companies confirmed for the accomplishment of the game at the end of the year. Who discovers the game, wants to play and loves, often returning to repeat during the year. In addition to having the relaxed atmosphere, the services are complete, so as not to give work to those who organize the whole process and the costs are not high. "Through the games we test collaboration among employees, leadership, communication, how to deal with emotions, skills development and problem solving," says Cláudio Santiago. This allows the employee to expand and become more active in the behaviors he needs in real life.

Escape rooms are escape rooms, set in certain situations and with different stories. In Escape Time are five themed rooms: Z-Virus, Room 66, 1 Against All (inspired by the FOX series), Alcatraz and, recently opened, Panic on the Orient Express. The rich detail scene helps to make situations realistic and lets participants dive into the stories being told, either through the mysterious clues or the more unexpected facts that occur during the game.
